Workshops day logistics

Tutorials and workshops will be held on June 24, 2012, one day before the main technical sessions, at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. Via Alvaro del Portillo 21, 00128 Roma. The University is 15 Km south of downtown Rome. For information about how to reach the university, please click here.

On June 24, 2012, a shuttle bus service will be provided by the conference organization. You can find specific information about the shuttle bus service here.

Morning sessions run from 09:00 through 12:00. Participants are invited to arrive on site well in advance so to be able to complete their registration by 09:00. Unregistered attendees will be able to register for the conference and for specific workshops on site. Starting from 08:15, coffee and other beverages will be available close to the registration sites at both PRABB and Policlinico Buildings. During both morning and afternoon sessions, a coffee break will be offered to workshops attendees (at 10:30 and 16:15). Attendees will be able to have lunch after the morning session at the Policlinico canteen, for a special price of 5?.

Afternoon sessions run from 13:30 through 18:30.

A group evening session that unifies some of the rehabilitation workshop participants will take place from 17:00 to 18:30.

Audiovisual support will be provided in each room at the Campus Bio-Medico facility, including a projector, screen, microphone and laser pointer. Participants will be allowed to load the presentation from their own computer. In addition to that, each room is endowed with a PC with Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010 and Adobe Acrobat 8.0 or later, that can be used to launch the presentation. In order to give the presentation using the computer in the room, presenters are kindly invited to show up 15 minutes before the beginning of their session to allow loading of the presentation files in the computer.
