How to reach the conference venue
From Roma Termini railway station to the Angelicum Conference Center
The Roma Termini railway station is a stop for both subway lines (Metro A and Metro B) and for many bus connections going everywhere in the city.
To reach the Angelicum Congress Center in Largo Angelico 1 (the main conference site) from the Termini station, you can walk for about 15 minutes (see map below). The easiest way is to use the main exit to Piazza dei Cinquecento, walk straight across the square to Piazza della Repubblica and then proceed down via Nazionale.
Largo Angelicum is the end of via Nazionale, and the Conference venue is located on your left. Please note that you can also reach Piazza della Repubblica by using the subway line A, direction Battistini, one-stop ride to Repubblica station.

If you prefer to travel by bus from Termini railway station you can take the bus number 40 in Piazza dei Cinquecento (every 5-10 minutes -Castel S. Angelo direction) and get off after two stops at Nazionale/Quirinale. Then walk straight along via Nazionale for150 m to Largo Angelicum and the conference venue. A bus ticket costs 1,50 Euro. The journey will take 5 minutes.
Alternatively, from Via Cavour, you can turn right to Via di S.Maria Maggiore, and then walk straight ahead along via Panisperna. The conference venue is located at the end of via Panisperna (700 m), on your left.

If you prefer to go by public transportation, take the metro B (blue line) at Termini (every 5 minutes), direction Laurentina, get off after one stop at Cavour station, and walk for the last part (250 m) as before. A metro ticket costs 1,50 Euro.

Please note that public transportation tickets have to be bought in advance [at ticket offices, tobacco shops, or news stands] and, typically, it can not be bought aboard. A few buses feature onboard automatic ticket machines that only operate with coins.
Tickets and must be validated using the proper yellow machine when boarding the first time.
The bus ticket costs 1,50 Euro, and entitles its user to a single subway travel plus unlimited bus use, within 100 minutes from the time of its first validation stamp.
