Best student paper

Nominations for the Best Student Paper should be submitted through PaperPlaza by the date of the submission of contributed papers, January 31, 2012. The nomination letter should be a single page pdf file from the student's advisor with the following information:

• Student's name
• Student's IEEE member number
• Paper title and number
• Confirmation that the student was the primary developer of the ideas and a student at the time of the submission
