Oral presentations guidelines

Duration

Each oral presentation has 15 minutes in total, including 3 minutes for questions and answers. Presenters are kindly invited to stick to the mentioned timing in order to avoid delays in the program.

Logistics

Audiovisual support will be provided in each room, including projector, screen, microphone and laser pointer. Participants will be allowed to use their own computer for the presentation and check it with the projector before the session. As an alternative, the PC available in each room can be used to launch the presentation. In this case, presenters are kindly invited to show up 30 minutes before the beginning of their session to allow loading the presentation files on the computer in the room.

During poster sessions, the computers available in each presentation room will be available for rehearsal / compatibility test of slides.
